Hear a personal story of hope and renewal from a REVEAL Therapy client —

Reconciliation is our guiding framework and our ultimate vision and mission.

To address the root causes and symptoms of poverty and trauma in our City, Reconciliation Services engages with individuals to:

1) Promote dignity by increasing personal well-being

2) Foster healthy community by transforming dividing lines into gathering places

3) Help people advocate for themselves, their families, and their neighbors.

Thelma’s Kitchen

Thelma’s Kitchen is a pay-it-forward community café run by Reconciliation Services. We bring people together over fresh, affordable meals in the heart of Kansas City—where dishes range from $1 to $15 for every budget. By sharing a meal or booking our social venture catering, you’re directly supporting mental health services, eviction prevention, ID assistance, and more for neighbors in need. Join us to pay it forward and help build a stronger, more compassionate community—one plate at a time.

The REVEAL (Restore-Engage-Value-Encourage-Act-Lead) Program offers a comprehensive approach to individual and community healing through essential social services, case management, and therapeutic services.
